Microsoft Bing Ads Report

I have a somewhat unique request that I need assistance with. I am looking for someone who can analyze my Bing Shopping Campaigns over 2 different and specific periods of time (I will provide the 2 date ranges) and provide me with a report showing the difference in ROAS and optimization techniques used between the 2.

Here is my unique situation. I had hired a Bing Shopping Campaign optimization company to take my existing Bing Shopping Campaigns and optimize them for the sole purpose to increase their ROAS. Before hiring them, most of my campaigns were slightly profitable and some were losing a small amount of money, but overall the campaigns were slightly profitable.

After hiring this company, within just a few weeks all my campaigns started losing a lot of money and so I had to remove access to this company and cancel my contract with them.

As a result of this, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to reverse the large payment I sent them as they clearly had no idea what they were doing and cost my store a lot of money.

The credit card company requires that I find (a 3rd party) someone who can verify my claims showing that the campaigns lost money as a result of their incompetence in terms of the optimizations they did.

The work should be quite easy to do and I require an official report of the findings on your company letterhead (digital format).

Please provide a bid based on generating this report.
