Formulation of effective Beard Growth Topical Cosmetic

Hi, my name's Paul and I'm attempting to formulate a beard growth cosmetic product that will aim to stimulate and grow men's beards with continuous usage. Because the trends of beards are in, and are definitely here to stay, many men have been looking at dozens of options on how to grow a beard. The demand is high and men are resulting in beard transplants and applications of many different oils on their face and intake of "beard pills" which all have very insignificant effects. Minoxidil ("Rogaine") is a well known treatment that works for men and women for hair growth. Men even apply this to their face daily for a year's time, with most users experiencing good results (including myself). This is the most effective remedy so far for beard growth. However the application of this chemical on the face is not encouraged by the FDA and unwanted side effects can be the result of this. Due to this, I've thoroughly studied the mechanisms in which Minoxidil works, the dynamic and biology of hair growth and specifically facial hair growth, and have researched and found several ingredients that can hopefully compete with minoxidil's efficacy. After thorough research, I've found 4 ingredients that I would like to include in the formulation: procyanidins from apple extract, ginseng extract, l-arginine, and eclipta alba (aka "bhringraj" or "false daisy") I would need someone that has a lot of experience in the cosmetic industry field with a few cosmetic products they've contributed in that are being sold in the market. A chemist with a background in organic chemistry, cosmetic science, biology, or biochemistry would be ideal. It would be best if the cosmetic chemist has passion in creating an effective beard growth product, because passion is extremely valuable and can push one to work more creatively and with more ambition. If you are simply looking to earn some money and do not have any interest in this goal, then please do not apply. Requirements: -prepare formulation with high quality ingredients -recommend most effective concentrations of each ingredients -access to a lab for testing -access to reliable/professional suppliers -stability testing -good English and reliable communication daily. -explain role of all ingredients in formulation. -match formula traits, like viscosity, absorption, color, fragrant, other cosmetic traits -FDA compliance & general advice -provide samples of formulations for me to test on myself as well as other friends -OPTIONAL: inform me of how I can create this cosmetic myself at home. Goal of project: An effective topical cosmetic product applied daily that will allow men to grow a significant amount of facial hair to the best of their genetic capacity. Results should be seen in 3 months time, significant results seen in 6 months time. No major side effects should occur. The completed formulation will result in customer's being extremely satisfied and loyal, because they've finally grown a beard. I am excited for this idea as I believe it will be a huge success.
