Find a source for an industrial Bluetooth device with external antenna and Nordic chip

I would need an industrial device that contains specific Nordic Semiconductor chip and fulfills the following requirements. I'll flash the device with my own firmware, so I'm looking for hardware that is readily available with suitable approvals. If there's something else in the box such as LTE modem, some sensors or Linux - I don't care as long as the Nordic chip is powered on constantly. This will be used as a Bluetooth repeater in outdoor environment, so the only interfaces will be antenna and power supply.

- nRF52832, nRF52833 or nRF52840 Bluetooth chip

- External antenna with a connector (can be put in a protective IP65 box and antenna outside) or readily IP65 rated enclosure with integrated antenna

- Antenna should be outdoor capable

- Power with 230 V mains or 24 VDC (either is ok)

- Operating temperature should extend down to -20°C

- Price less than 60€ @ 100pcs for non-IP65 device (which will require additional enclosure), 120€ for IP65-ready one

- CE marking a must (real one, not ChinaExport), FCC would be great to have, too
