Facebook app the prevents user from posting to FB

App would be installed by user. It would have a pulldown with options 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month.
It would have a submit button.
A confirmation page would ask to confirm that posting will be blocked for [submitted time].
Once submitted, the user will be unable to post or reply until the time runs out. They will have no way around this as the submit button will grey out until the time elapses.
The time left will display below the greyed out submit button.
If checked, the app prevents the user from posting or replying on FB.
Not sure of budget. Bid whatever you think you need to get this done.
