LED light strip program to match an audio sample

I am making a Christmas prop that has 3 led light strips attached to it. I need the 3 strips to play out a chasing and colour show to match a pre-existing MP3 sample. The light show will be run by Arduino to be triggered at the same time as the audio sample via a relay switch. I only have 3-4 days (must be WORKING) by the end of November 23rd) in which to get this written and debugged. I am in the UK. Attached is the proposed audio file and a very detailed brief of the timings of the animation although this CAN be altered to fit the audio and its timing, it describes the intent of the animation.
