Android Application - Custom App Project

Develop Android application that will store and display the following Android features: 1. Music Folder 2. Videos Folder 3. Pictures Folder 4. Display list of installed Android apps 5. Display Contacts that use an Android device The application only require is to display the files in the folders named above under one simple interface. Example: 1. End-user clicks on application 2. End-user will see menu where he/she can view music files, videos and/or pictures. File will remain organized in separate folders (music, pictures and videos) 3. From menu end-user will be able to view contacts and sort to display contacts using an Android device 4. Also from menu end-user can view installed applications downloaded and installed from Android market. This is a long-term project to be completed in phases. Kindly place your bid with that in mind. I envision a script that pings the contacts mobile device via sms and checks phone operating system, if android, reports back to user of app the contact is using an android device. Another way this can be done is the app sends all contacts sms message asking if they are using an android compatible device. The contact send reply vis sms yes or no and app flags each contact as a yes or no. I am open to all suggestions. Furthermore, this app will simple organize the contents in the folders named in project description. This is project 1 of 4.
