We hire out remote staff world wide to our clients world wide. We require software to be build into our CRM so that each client has the ability to monitor his remote staff. The monitoring cababilites will be as followed. Online Time sheets Online presence tracking and verification 5 minute screen shots of the remote staff computer monitor.

Each contracted staff will need to be able to fill in an online time sheet featuring 2 x 4 hour intervals so they can list there daily tasks. Once they fill in one time slot they need to hit a submit button which will generate an automatic note (or pop up) on the clients computer to let the boss/client know a time sheet has been submitted. Make room for a lunch break on the time sheet to please.
