Website assembly (from template)

Hi coders, I need to put together a website based on a commercially available template. Here is the template I will be working with: [login to view URL] Though the sample template is a flash one, I will be using the non flash version. So, no need for flash. I will also need the coder to replace the main photo at the top of the template with this stock photo: [login to view URL] I am more interested in a contractor with artistic flair who can appreciate things like scale and perspective of the website. This will be more important than technical ability since you will not be doing a lot of coding. As for the other pages of the website, I might need you to use the same header. I will advise you on that. I am looking at having 10 pages linked from the main index page. Of course I will be changing the names of some of those links on the main page so as to customize my template. Also, there will be a contact form (I will supply) which you just have to link to the website's "contact us" link. As for the content of the web pages, I will supply all of that and you just have to copy and paste it on the website. I am open to suggestions that could help make the work easier for the contractor. I am looking at a project that is ready to just host on a php hosting site.
