I want a procurement website built.
It is to procure printed products, (Booklets, leaflets, calendars, brochures etc)
It is like a reverse auction site, where a buyer posts a RFQ (Quote request), based on many factors as listed in a form.
Producers then are notified of the new RFQ, and respond by giving their quotes, or asking the buyer to clarify any uncertain details.
The buyer is able to view all Quotes and decide on a winner.
The winning producer is introduced to the buyer. The site rules that buyers/ producers must not intrduce themelves until a project is selected.
Many jobs will run concurrently.
It will run on a similar basis to [url removed, login to view] but to a specific product set and a specific geographical locality. I do not mind if existing open source reverse auction scripts and platforms are used and coded to my requirements.
This is a full time project until completed.
