Proofread a speech - open to bidding

I have written a speech to present on Women's Equality day, however it is not flowing as well as I'd like, nor does it have any information about issues that women should be concerned about in the future. I'd also like to have the speech shortened to fit a 17-18 minute time frame. I don't think the speech is flowing very well either and some of the quotes towards the end may need to be adjusted. Please can you also ensure that the transitions from one point to the next are smooth. The are what I consider to be too many quotes towards the end of the speech. Also kindly check the grammar mistakes and sentence structure because my first language is not English. Also, please ensure some information is added as to the issues/challenges that women will face int he future. okay, fix whatever is needed to ensure this is a quality speech, but it can be no longer than 15-17 minutes. In it's current state it is over 25 minutes. My audience is military officers/non-commissioned officers(male/female) and government civilian employees (male/female) in KOREA REPUBLIC OF, The will be senior ranking people there such as generals and GS-14-15 as well as lower ranking civilian and military personnel.
