Python/Django + DevOps Expert Needed

We are looking for a DevOps and Python expert to accomplish the following tasks:
- configure our cloud server (discuss linux vs hadoop for this stage)
- install django
- write a configuration management code
- set up automated source control management system
- set up tools for automated deployment
- set up tools to monitor everything
- develop a back-end for admin (we will provide html template) + user user area (login + sign-up) + front end website manageable form back-end for admin where admin also can see the users signed up and manage users/clients
- write documentation what was done step by step very detailed of everything done (to be reproducible by any other developer of our team)
