Rainfall prediction using CNN algorithm

Job Description:
PLEASE HELP! i need help finishing my final year project due in 1 week! I had purchased the project from another site but the code did not predict future levels of rainfall. the only output given is the testing and training accuracy and a few graphs plotted using the existing data.
changes required:
-probably self make dataset because the one attached doesnt have enough info to predict how much rainfall is recorded in a given month
-front end required (recommendation recieved: use flask) to take input as for example: January 2027
-required output: low rainfall
-python/js required
