Hello, , an international restaurant group, and we are looking for some solutions on behavioral analysis. The specific requirements are as follows.
1 We have chefs in the kitchens, but can we have a way to monitor the behaviors of chefs? They will become really lazy and we want to have an alert when they are not working.
2 We want to be alerted whenever an abnormal behavior occurs, such as a cashier putting money from the checkout counter into his/her own pocket.
3 A number of steps in the cooking process must be followed. For instance, the sequence should be, oil first, then followed by vegetables, meat, salt and water. Whenever the sequence is somewhat not followed, an alarm will be set off.
4 Non-slip shoes must be worn in the kitchen. If anyone fails to do so, we will be alerted.
5 Face recognition function. Anyone who go out for more than 15 minutes, we will be alarmed when they come back.
6 Can a check-in function be designed (as one doesn't immediately go to the kitchen when the door opens)?
7 Can fog-proof function be made available?
8 Can there a recording function be available?
8 We also need some mouse detection function.
9Automatic entry and exit records at each branch. Access records for each person can be checked.
10 We want to check the quantity of the work done by each of the chefs daily and monthly, with one pan.
11 We need to collect data on the cooking methods of executive chefs for training purposes. That should include the reference process, the order to add the ingredients etc.
12 Where should the rat glue traps be placed?
13 When the water taps are running without anyone using them, a alarms need to be set off.
14 Air conditioning temperature should also be adjusted (based on different milestones), according to the number of people on site, in order to save power.
