Need a python script to be made.

I need a python script that could convert plane text, html files to doc file and pdf files... i have files arranged in this way Main_FOlder >>>> lot of folders named 1,2,3,4,5 and so on.. and each numeric folders have 9999 plane html files. what i want is i should run the script like this python [login to view URL] -s source of Main_Folder and script should start working from folder 1 to the last. and it should save the doc file and pdf files in the directory where script is located. it should create similar folder names like 1,2,3,4,5 and inside of it there should be two folders i.e doc and pdf and this would have 9999 doc files and pdf files respectively....
