Simple project, I'm just lazy and have $30 to spare. Sign up for grubhub -> enter my zipcode (for my area) check network traffic for the API -> parse through all of the restaurants and output a csv with name of restaurant, address, and ratings/scores. That's it. Any language is fine, just need the data - python is probably easiest.
