Python Code Optimization( openpyxl , tkinter)

I have written a code in Python , that i would like to be optimized. Right now the code works fine for sheets that have less than a 1000 rows . But I will have to deal with sheets with 100,000s of rows and the code is extremely slow for that . I need an expert to :

1) Optimize it to improve performance.

2) Right now the code works for .xlsx files, I want it to work on .xlsm

3)I want it to be optimized so that in no scenario the excel sheets gets corrupt ( I will be dealing with important data)

4) I want it so that multiple users can work on it at the same time without locking the excel sheets .

I have made the description very clear and hope to find someone that can strictly meet my requirements.

P.S - I will also like them to explain the changes in code to me as I will have to support this code in future.
