Hi! Have read your project brief and attached .docx file. Everything is fine to do, the US date format is not a problem, nor is the Yahoo month strangeness (0-11). Will do the software in Python and test it on Linux, it will run on Windows too. It may be a little slow to process every .CSV file to check the last date, a file hint with the last date would improve the performance of the software in my opinion, thats you call. Can do the job right now and delivery fast to you, but this won't affect quality, everything will be commented and you should be able to modify it, if you know python of course.
