Python screen object detection

I need a python script written (to run on Windows) where it:
- captures the contents of a single desktop screen (system could have multiple)
- processes the captured image and locates any rectangles of a given colour (+/- some RGB tolerance)
- prints the {X,Y} centers of any detected rectanges to a window/form
The screen to be captured will be displaying video, so performance needs to be considered. I would expect something like a 100ms period/update rate.

Hi,I can do this work, it seems that capture the screen once will less than 0.05s, so it shoud have enough time to calculate the coordinate.
