Real Time- Anomaly detection and localization of anomalies from surveillance videos using deep learning method

Hi, I'm Vignesh, MSc graduate of CSE from Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands. I read your job description given in the file thoroughly and I am excited to do this project. I understand that you want a deep learning model that would be able to classify abnormal activities in videos and also localize them (eg: using bounding box prediction) in real-time. I have experience in building and analyzing real-time activity recognition models such as 3D-CNN, (2+1)D-CNN, LRCN (CNN + LSTM) for patient monitoring task. You can find a demo of this project in my portfolio. I also have a solid understanding of event localization and object detection through various projects that I have done using Tensorflow-Keras API. I have both trained and fine-tuned sophisticated deep learning models to classify videos even with limited training dataset and optimized them to provide real-time predictions in Python. Using these experiences, I can provide a reliable and well-documented solution including model optimization and evaluation thus covering highlighted objectives given in the description. I do have few questions regarding number of classes, data augmentation constraints and model selection constraints in this project.
