Bayesian probabilities and markov chains in R

Hi I am a very experienced statistician, data scientist and academic writer. I have completed several PhD level thesis projects involving advanced statistical analysis of data. I have worked with data from several companies and have done projects involving high level quantitative analysis and data interpretation skills to study the trends, time behaviour and compare the variables in the data. Markov chain depend on probability transition matrix and the sequence for states , I already do this work by Matlab and I can do it by R , I am Engineer and data scientist , I can begin working now .

I may not have rating or reviews as i am new to freelancer. So can do it for a minimum bid or for free if we get good ratings and comments. But I have a good experience in clustering algorithms analysis using Bayesian coefficients like (DAPC). FYI, I am working as a data analyst in a project for high dimensional genomic data analysis form DArTSeq, GWAS and SNPs.
