R- Programmer required for urgent project

I have a tight timeline on this project. I need help creating an R script to run classification models on time series data. The data is a collection of information on user behavior while completing a simulation. Each series of events has been classified as Poor, Decent, Good and Great. I need to have an R script that will load in the JSON data, conduct some form of feature generation and extraction on the data, run a dynamic time warping (or another multivariate time series analysis algorithm) to classify the series of events, and run a cross validation to compare the results. The actual classification algorithm can be anything, but I prefer decision trees, SVM, and/or neural networks. By the way, I prefer R, but if you can write this in Python that will work too.
