Recruitment Software Project

We are looking to procure new recruitment software with remote access, web interface and back office integration capability. Any recommendations would be appreciated. We would also like to consider using an external Project Manager/Consultant to help with selection, procurement, specification, data transfer and integration etc. Does anyone have experience of using this approach or have any recommendations of providers of Project Managers or Consultants. Any information or suggestions would be really appreciated.
