Hello Everyone, I have 2 D layout of my home structural plan ready which is showing details of all rooms, sizes etc. all information. (I will share it with you as well). It have three floors plans. Ground +2 floors. I want to get following 1. 2D and 3D layouts and elevation of complete plan to see how my house will look after completions with item placements like sofa, bed, kitchen, bathroom etc. (A kind of walkthrough which will give complete idea how constructed house will look like) 2. 2D and 3D Outside Elevation based on my layout to see how my house will look after completion. (A kind of walkthrough which will give complete idea how constructed house will look like) 3. Roof top design suggestions as I don't have roof top layout ready. I prefer a small garden and small gym on roof top. (A kind of walkthrough which will give complete idea how constructed house will look like) After this project I will need plumbing, beam etc. layouts as well as interior design layouts etc. from same team only. I have my other residential and business projects also running so I will need help time by time from the selected team/freelancer so don't consider it one time engagement. Note:- Before awarding project, I would like to see a real example of one of my floor to see the creativity and thought process. This is MUST. I don't want to see portfolio in images or videos and want to see portfolio in my own layouts only before award, so if you cant provide me portfolio with my own layout then PLEASE DONT BID ON THIS PROJECT.
