Hello, I am looking for someone to produce 2 x high quality photo realistic architectural 3D renders. The purpose is to show how my building project will present when viewed from the street from 2 perspectives from a height of 1.6m above ground. A drawing has been provided showing the 2 x locations I want the renders viewed from. The attached 2D drawings show the upper storey in a much more visually "obtrusive" manner than I feel it will in reality and I need the 3D renderings to show the upper storey extension in a favourable manner (less obtrusive) in order to assist with visulisation and the application of permits. With that said, dimensions, colours and materials must remain true to the design; the rendering must not missrepresent what is proposed. Due to the height of the existing building, vegitation and set backs on the upper level, I am confident that the upper storey should look much less visually obtrusive than the 2D elevations imply. Attached are current drawings and a photo of how the existing house looks from the street. The scope of works involves the retention of the existing front facade, however it will be rendered. There is to be a 2nd storey added. Details of the project and proposed finishes can be found within the attached drawings. I have attached a photo showing the existing house from front on, however higher resolution photos can be provided and from different angles, if required. I have not procured 3D renderings online before - every time I have done it in the past the 3D artist has been local and able to access the site to take photos and measurements as required. So I will need some guidance as to what you will need from me in order to produce a high quality outcome. I can take further photos from different angles, if you require. To apply for this job, you should be highly experienced in the production of high quality 3D renders and have done this job for many architects in the past. You should also be highly proficient at English, both written and spoken to ensure that my feedback of your draft(s) is understood and I recieve images that are ultimately to my 100% satisfaction.
