Create a drawing to design an interior fire barrier wall

I am looking for a licensed architect or engineer to do a simple design for how to construct a 1-hour interior fire barrier wall and a 2-hour interior fire barrier wall. Background: We are a fireworks retailer in Iowa and the requirement is to have 1 and 2 hour firewalls depending on distance to nearest building. Since we don't have this type of wall, we need to remodel to meet that code. The state is requiring that we have an architect or engineer draw up a simple blueprint with detail so we can submit it to the Fire Marshal's Office for approval before we remodel the store. Once it is done, I would need you to send the design to the Fire Marshal's Office for approval. From what I understand, I basically need to have a drawing showing the different layers of the wall from the 2x4 studs and fiberglass insulation out to the 5/8 drywall and how the drywall will be affixed to the studs. It all seems pretty silly to me, but the government is the government. Please let me know how soon you could have this project completed and what you would charge for this project. Thanks Tim Sipma
