I need a 3D rendering expert

I am a trained architect lacking 3D rendering skill who runs a small sized construction business in France. We are currently working on the modification of an existing house on which we are changing the shape of the roof and adding 5 dormer windows, one small new window and modifying another. We are looking for someone who can do two 3D rendering views of the future house, implanting the new features on two existing pictures. Rendering 1 : the western façade with two new dormer windows on the roof, and the modified middle window and the new small window on the first floor. Other small touch ups and details will be necessary. Rendering 2 : the Eastern façade with the three new dormer windows. you will find attached : 1) an AutoCAD file containing frontal and side views of the house in its present and future forms 2) Two pictures of the house as it exists today on which the rendering will be positioned – one of the western façade and one of the eastern façade. 3) For information only: two partially and imperfectly modified pictures in .pdf (physical cut, paste and scanned job) of the house showing the future roof without the added windows. These not good enough pdf views were made for an earlier, roof only permit. Of course before work can start I will need to provide more guidance and information. Both delay and price are issues that we need to consider. In the future we will have more jobs, so we would like to establish a reliable working relationship.
