We need to setup a few things for which we will be hiring you from freelancer. Your Job is to make a report on the existing tools on the market and choose the best 3 options that can fulfil our requirements for each of our projects. The report should include at least the following points– 1. The project your report is for as the heading. 2. The pros and cons of each of those 3 options chosen. 3. Suggest what will you prefer out of the 3 and why. 4. The configuration of the hardware that will be required to run this keeping in mind the cost and future potential of that hardware. 5. Explain the setup process in detail. (what will be the steps required to setup, what all will you need from our end, timings you can work for etc) 6. Time you will take to set it up completely after you are provided with the required hardware/system. 7. Your bid for completing this project. Some other things to keep in mind before starting work are – 1. Preference will be given to free tools if they can get the job done without any issues or the tools that can be tried before we purchase it (so they can be cracked or have a trial period). 2. We will wait for about a week for all entries to come in after which all the reports will be sent to the IT department for evaluation. If we need any clarifications on the report you submit, we will contact you to discuss it further. 3. In about 8-10 days we will finalize the reports and award projects (individually for the 5 projects listed above) based on the efficiency and feasibility of the suggestions made and then provide you with all the hardware/software you listed shortly.
