Please see attached is the guidelines of Polytene Chromosomes lab that was done last week, and I have to write a post-lab about what was done last week. Please read and follow the guidelines for the post-lab below.

TYPE the answers to the following questions.
Critically analyze your chromosome spread in 1-2 pages and be sure to include the points below. Your final submission should be typed and include 3 references from credible resources ( Academic Resources )
a. Define polytene chromosomes and explain when/where they can be found.
b. Include an image of polytene chromosomes. If you are unable to obtain one from your microscopy, you may use one from the internet as long as you cite your sources.
c. Speculate what causes the “banding” on polytene chromosomes
d. Describe your banding pattern and how it may be different from a metaphase spread (traditional chromosome spread)
e. Are you able to see the small 4th chromosome? Can you locate the chromocenter in your spread? Are you able track along a single chromosome arm from its centromere (middle) to telomere (end)?
f. What sources of error were present—describe fully keeping in mind HOW any errors may have influenced your data
g. Describe an application for this technique in biological therapy/diagnostics
