design video tutorial content

I need a person to write the content for 10 video tutorials each roughly 1-5 minutes in length depending on what is covered. You will then explain your concepts and content to a video editor (I will provide the video editor contact), review the video content to make sure it's what you wanted to explain. The content of the video tutorial is to provide insightful tutorials about music licensing/publishing, music placements in recording film/tv, advertisting and video games. As such any previously knowledge in that field would be preferred. I will provide a few suggested topics, but I expect you to come up with most of the topics yourself. You need to be able to do things on your own. I will not be handholding you. Budget is $50-$80 for all.
