I need a researcher/talent manager in Ukraine / Moldova / Belarus / Russia / Serbia.
Your role is to find candidates who want to be online cam girls to cater to a certain niche.
The girls you find must be:
- Heavy tobacco smokers
- English Speaking (basic to average)
- Looking for a paid by the month medium term role or longer
- Flexible and willing to try hard
We will need to work together to discover many things.
This will work in steps:
