I need an accurate analysis of past vacation rental rates on a 1 bedroom furnished vacation rental going back to 3-31-19 to 2-24-20. HOW? Research the daily rate of comparable 1 bedroom vacation rental properties in Hollywood FL, 33020 based on those days. I need this detailed analysis of comparable furnished vacation rentals for an insurance loss of income claim. Please look at sites like VRBO, Home Away, Expedia, and Airbnb. It is critical that you look at high demand weeks where daily rents were at a peak such as Christmas, New Years, and other holidays and events, etc. I am not able to figure out how to go back in time to see what comparable rates were as this is not my skill set but I understand that there is a way to go back and look at past info published on sites.
