API Script for Enrolling Students

you will be creating a windows powershell script that enrolls & unenrolls users from our learning management system. a) there is an existing excel spreadsheet - could be done as an access db if needed. b) use sFTP to fetch most recent csvfrom server c) compare existing spreadsheet to most recent spreadsheet - anything IN existing but MISSING from recent is sent as a REMOVE command using RESTful API - "removed "is marked & datestamped as removed in existing - never deleted from existing - anything IN recent but MISSING from existing is sent as an ADD command using RESTful API - "add" is then copied to existing and datestamped as added. d) any errors are recorded in output log -> [login to view URL] ex: [login to view URL] this must be able to be run from windows 10 attached are examples of the current excel file and an example of the csv the API documentation is here: [login to view URL] course memberships: put & delete: /learn/api/public/v1/courses/{courseId}/users/{userId}
