The goal is for someone to take this webpage

and turn it into a docx that I can edit in Microsoft Word and then be able to upload and sent to people as a copy of my resume.
I only want the white area to be in the docx. Do not include the darker gray border outline.
I only want the docx file to be one page this size. Do not split into two pages.
I want the docx file to be able to pass ATS (applicant tracking systems) meaning that when uploading resume as a job application, their application system can pull the text from it. That basically just means that you can't just turn a picture of it into a docx.
The docx needs to contain the actual text so that the text is highlightable and copyable.
I would like it to look exactly like the example with no design changes.
If you cannot do in docx format, I would accept PDF, so long as I am able to edit all the text and the pictures, but docx is the preference.
Would give a bonus if you can provide both docx and pdf versions identical and both editable.
