I need some advance help with Zoho CRM

We have been using Zoho for sometimes now (Old Professional), but we are wondering if we are using it optimally, and what else we can get out of it. We would be looking for custom software development if appropriate. Looking for an audit of our setup, work flow, and consultation of what else we should consider doing with our Zoho CRM. You should be an expert on how Zoho works, managing sales automation in online CRM, custom Zoho development, and (most importantly) be very fluent in English. You should have experience in deploying Zoho CRM in a sales environment and how it should be used (not just how to customize it). Please demonstrate this in your bid.
