We need a form submission that actually takes place over several pages.... essentially 4 forms on 4 pages, that we need combined into 1 submission to be entered into our Access Database.
We would like an American/Canadian coder so we can talk on the phone, I have the feeling we will need a lot of communication to get it properly explained.
If interested, please go on to Detailed Requirements.
## Deliverables
The "Form" will go as follows
pg1: Select qty. of product A, name, address, phone, email, cardholder name, card, card number, card expiration date, submit (which does not submit the form, but takes you to ....)
pg2: Select qty of product B, submit (which does not submit the form, but takes you to ....)
pg:3 Product C has a pre-checked Check Box, that they can un-check if they don't want it, submit (which does not submit the form, but takes you to ....)
pg4:Product D has a pre-checked Check Box, that they can un-check if they don't want it, submit (This Submit button actually does submit ALL info)
This is a standard 'Upsell' procedure if you were to call to buy a product on an infomercial, just in web format. I am not sure if these should be done on seperate pages, or in 1 section of a page should be refreshed with the content of pg2, 3, 4.
Once the main structure is built, we will need to be sure that copy elements and some form fields are editable so we can change them for different offers in the future.
Also note, we will be testing 2 price points, so we will need to be able to copy the content to a 2nd form, that we can edit pricing and copy
