business developer required for lead generation

I am looking for some help in online sales and marketing and generatind leads for our work from uk, usa and australia and New Zealand.

The thing is that I'm looking for is to reach out to local SMEs, capture the leads traffic, qualify it and then to arrange an appointment session for us to talk to them to get them to sign-up. For the online session, we are also looking for resources to help do that - basically, it will involve explaining what the product does and product demo.

We will need resources fluent in English

we need the person to be full time freelancer
