Looking for a negotiator/sales person to close our deals in call/online meeting

Hi everybody,
I am looking for a person to close deals with our prospects and potential clients in meet/zoom. We are an italian based digital marketing agency selling one main service: paid advertising (but we have other things included in the same package). Our nieche: ecommerce stores.
We will provide leads, we only look for someone that has experience in selling and closing deals, by talking with b2b owners.
Required:
