Set up a Business Excellence Model at dealerships of large Auto OEM in India

About the Engagement:

This is a consulting engagement for a leading Auto manufacturer in India. It will involve setting up of business excellence model across Sales and Service verticals at select dealerships of this OEM across India.

It is a 6 month long engagement with travel requirement of 18-20 days per month.

Location: Pan India

Qualification:

- MBA preferred

Experience & Expertise:

- 5+ years of experience in Training/ Consulting/ Coaching in Auto Industry

- Candidates with exposure to on the ground implementation will be preferred

Candidates need to have a strong business perspective & understanding, proven implementation skills and should have shown leadership potential in their existing role. Past experience in management consulting/ organizational strategy is essential for the role.

Key Job Responsibilities:

I. On ground visits – 6 dealerships for 3 days each

II. Post visit follow ups for implementation effectiveness

III. Internal coordination and review discussions
