Link building for fashion site

I need a link building campaign for a fashion-related website. Please send info about existing or past link building projects, number of backlinks you can provide and cost. Requirements: - Unique domain name for each site - Sites must have different C-Class IP's - One link per site - English language sites only - No web directories - No article directories - No link exchanges or web rings - TLD must be .com/.net/.biz/.info/.org only - None of these allowed: banned / blacklisted sites, illegal sites, porn sites, spam sites, hacker sites, sites that sell anything - Link pages must have PR3+ (note, the link page not the site homepage) - Link pages should not contain more than 30 outbound links - Link pages must be in Google cache - No hidden links / other black-hat activities - No rel=nofollow links or [login to view URL] exclusions - No Javascript / redirects - Only permanent, static html links - Anchor text must vary across links - Link-building must be spread out over 1 month or more Payment will be made via escrow once we have received an Excel spreadsheet containing: 1.
