SEO - Get my keywords on top of Google

Description I am looking for (whitehat only) SEO techniques that will get my keywords on top of Google and increase targeted traffic to my website. I will respond to bidders that I feel have potential. I will then provide my website address so bidder can offer some analysis of the site, and then explain exactly what he/she would do specifically to get my keywords on top of Google.
