200-400 SEO Links

We need the following job done for 2 different real estate websites. Description This project is for 200-400 one-way links on pr 2 or higher ranked sites. THe links can be made over a 120 day period. Categories of sites should relate to real estate. The actual page our link is placed on must be PR2 or above (the acceptable PR is NOT what the site’s Home/Index page PR is). Linking website must be related to the website theme. Link page no more than 1 click from main page. No more then 30 links on the page. Can not be blocked by google or yahoo. Spider friendly. No linkfarms, free link sites, forums ect. Professional links ONLY. The total for the 200-400 links in PR 2 or higher. Terms: 10% Upfront. 90% will be broken down to 8 weekly milestones. Payment will be released immediately after all links are confirmed. We will have to accept every link. High traffic rank sites with great alexa ranking. If we decline a link for any reason, you will be required to replace the link. Reasons why we decline a link can be: Not high enough PR rank, no alexa rank, no traffic to the website, not related website etc. If you abide with our terms, we will not decline any links. These need to be legitimate one way links from quality sites (no link farms or pr 0 sites) or sites that cloak / hide / manipulate their links pages. Links must be permanent. Second, genuine SEO techniques should be used, i.e., no shady triangulation techniques etc. Finally, the links must look natural, i.e., should not all be built on the same day etc. They should be added gradually each day. Our Rules: Golden Rule: Links must come from good quality, relevant sites. - No .info or any other cheap domains. - On established, static and crawlable pages - Google must have crawled page in the last 30 days. - On pages indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and MSN Search - Relevant themes - One link per domain AND Class C IP block - Permanent links - English language sites only - No search spam - No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges - No link schemes - No blog comments - No directories - No forums - Blog / blogroll links are acceptable if they are relevant and reputable (will be counted as 1 link). - No redirects or cloaking (eg, 301, 302, meta-refresh, Javascript redirects) - No classified ads - No dynamic links - No pages blocked by [login to view URL] - No links on adult, gambling, free hosted, porn, blacklisted websites etc - No article submission sites - No rel=nofollow links in the HTML - All Links must be Manually submitted. No automated techniques or black / grey hat techniques . URL must not contain “.../links/” in it. You will be required to submit a detailed link report in .xls format including, the Link URL, IP Address, anchor text, Cache information (&date), PR (not the homepage PR), Date link was submitted, etc. every week If you complete this project well, we will provide additional projects on a regular basis.
