Need Guaranteed Rankings on Google / Yahoo / MSN for 2 websites

I have some SEO projects which are spillover projects. I want to start with 2 websites - 2 keywords each. I am looking for a service provider who can work on "Rank and Pay" system - as that is exactly the understanding I have with my clients. I will only pay when the KWs are ranked in the top 10 or any other target that is agreed. Service providers who have worked on such a system earlier need only apply. Do not need rip-off providers who demand upfront fees. I would be fair though and will escrow the agreed amount.
