SSL certificate does not renew Cyberpanel -- 2

I have a customer domain on the server. And outlook + [login to view URL] is giving expired certificate. I already tried renewing in Cyberpanel for main domain and for [login to view URL] But appearantly even it said succesfull it is not being renewed. I restarted all services olz/opendkim/postfix/dovecot etc etc. Even complete restart server. also turned off firewall and then re-tried all steps. Even removed subdomain and added again after restart. [update] see errorlog that ssl is failed to obtain. I did manage to finally remove the old one somehow.
