Service Delivery Person Required To Form Partnership

I am looking for someone who is willing to join me in a computer software service related partnership. Simply put, I believe I know of a service that is currently not being fully exploited to businesses in the UK. I am looking for someone who knows how to deal with corporate blue chip clients, can give presentations and sell a service, can write process documentation and SLA's, can write press releases etc. Basically you sell the service and the company and I do the techy stuff. I am not looking for anyone to give up their day job nor invest thousands and thousands of pounds, this would be a very informal agreement to begin with. With little investment and time I feel we can make a judgement within say 6 months about whether the opportunity is worth progressing. I would expect the person to give up some of their current time (as will I obviously) to try and sell the service and give presentations (together) etc. There are a number of issues that we would need to overcome before we started the business but I believe a few brainstorming sessions would overcome these.
