Hello, based on Your description this can be done with MS Flow, too. In case you have a valid O365 account, you have a certain number of workflow runs for free - depending on the number of users. I have built up a complete workflow for a big company with automatic approval email sending and save email to certain document libraries - arriving in Inbox.
