I need to create a document depository in sharepoint which allows me to add multipledocuments for each entry item. Also, i need to be able to view what date this item was uploaded to sharepoint.
Ex:
If we create a depository of employee do uments:
Record Name: Joe Smith
Birth Certificate: Attachment 1
Marriage Certificate: Attachment 2
Medical Record: Attachment 3
So on and so forth.
