Obtain Shopify Approval

I have a shopify app that gets rejected twice the first time I was requested to fix 13 issues as attached while second time two issues. However, the second one that my app function couldn't be allowed as it converts the merchant store into a marketplace. I get a feedback without an ability to discuss. However, I could resubmit and frequent rejection will result in suspension of my account.
