463085 OSCOM FIXES

Hi , I have an old version of Oscomm site in 2 languages . Site is for catalog display and adding to inquiry. I am using IE 7 while client is using IE8 .at my side the sites works fine and text are showing ok, while clients PC text and checkout buttons are not right and showing a shopping cart buttons, and few text encoding issues. and missing buttons and new products for month of.. missing. email to admin about orders needs to be fixed as it redirecting to broken link.
