Photoshop to Website & Shopping Cart

Hello, This project requires the designer to take a very complete photoshop file and turn it into an actual website. I’ve attached and image so you can see what is expected. I have the complete PSD (layers) and it was designed to be very helpful to you so that you can chop it up, save particular images and implement them onto the page easily. The second portion of this project is a shopping cart which has also been designed in photoshop with a fairly basic layout which does not have to be exact, but should be very similar. There are a couple of specifics which will require custom code for the shopping cart, in particular, the ability to allow each customer to donate to 1 of 7 organizations with each purchase. They simply choose the organization we list and the shopping cart needs to record what they selected, the actual donation will be done manually by the website owner. There will need to be a running marker of some kind on the website which displays the % of organizations selected, for instance, 25% went to breast cancer, 46% went to AIDS research, etc. I've listed the project as a very small project although it's not that small. I look forward to your bids based on the project. I can tell you now that $750 is out of the question... This is the project, wordpress is acceptable if you can achieve the same look we require. I'm not so sure you can. Thanks!
