Social Media Consulting for non-profit

Creating a website with social media for my charity, Helping Hearts & Handbags.
We collect gently used purses, fill them with personal care items, and distribute them to homeless women in shelters or on the streets. To date we've donated over 5,000 purses. I want to create a website explaining how we do what we do so other women across the country can do the same thing for women in their areas. We've had SO much interest from all states (and even other countries) we call them "purse parties" where women gather and bring purses, items, etc.
I don't need any help with writing the website, blog posts, social media posts, etc. as I'm a writer. I just really need help getting the website up and running and then social media guidance.
The website would have dropdown menus so women can download the instructions, logo, etc. Also a blogging platform for my blog called "Ripples". I don't think e-commerce is necessary at this point. But maybe a donation option linked to PayPal.
Ideally I would like to find someone who can handle both the website development and the social media consulting.
Timeframe is start building the website in September
